A Texas native, Andrea Justine Millard now resides in Los Angeles as a writer, reader, and producer. She likes to infuse comedy, heart, and oddity into everything she writes.

She has been a consecutive Second Rounder in Austin Film Festival (Adventure Time: Nightosphere Inc, Jean’s Eulogy) a Finalist in Stage 32’s Comedy Writing Competition (Last Man on Earth: Peckon Call), and made the Red List on Coverfly (Fractal). She wrote and directed the experimental short Just This Once and launched a sole proprietorship, Austen Knights Entertainment in 2018 with a parody music video Real For You (d. Lauren Kleeman, Melting Unicorns), and short film Pappy Hour (d. Nell Teare, HollyShorts Premiere, Nominated Best Writer at Queen Palm International Film Festival) featuring television actors Samantha Sloyan (Haunting of Hill House, Grey’s Anatomy) and Christopher Amitrano (All Rise, NCIS, Shameless).
